EverFirm

The firm that never sleeps

An agentic operating system for corporate service providers. Agents prepare the work, humans approve it, and everything is audited.

The Context Loop

Our methodology, and the conceptual frame for the whole product.

CAPTURE

Context enters the system — the firm's charter, its team, its client book. A CSV import of real companies turns an empty product into a firm's own record in seconds.

COMPOSE

Agents are assembled from that context, not from a template. Each one is hired into a role and drafts from a specific client's own record, citing what it drew from.

CONTROL

The Approval Queue is the single gate to the outside world. Every draft is reviewed, edited if needed, and approved by a named person before anything leaves the firm.

COMPOUND

Every approval, edit, and rejection feeds back into the record. The firm's context gets richer with each one — an asset a competitor cannot copy and a vendor cannot take away.

“Agents are commodities. Context compounds.”

What runs on it

Compliance calendar

Every ACRA and IRAS deadline is computed from each company's financial year end and status — not remembered by a person, not looked up when someone happens to ask.

Approval Queue

Agent-prepared work — chaser emails, extension applications, drafts — waits in one queue. Nothing reaches a client or a regulator without a human approving it first.

Agents as colleagues

Function agents are hired, not installed. Each one has a job description, a name, and a human owner, and its work always discloses who prepared it and who approved it.

Client portal

Clients get their own dashboard and their own agent to ask. Requests they make, like appointing a director, become prepared tasks in the firm's queue in real time.

Every date traces to the record — the system cannot state a deadline that isn't in the database.

Every action is audit-logged — actor, action, before and after.

Nothing leaves the firm without a human's approval.
